From ideation to execution, serves as the agency lead for creative // copy, developing compelling campaigns and websites, telling impactful stories, and leading rebranding projects for nonprofits. Manages and mentors a team of five full-time and a pool of freelance writers and designers as the agency has doubled in staff and tripled revenue, creating process improvements with Client Success, Project Management, and Paid Media teams along the way.
